Terms of Service

Prepared / Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service describe use of managersanonimos.com and the general conditions under which Managers Anonimos offers business cybersecurity services. The website provides information about services; it does not itself create a consulting engagement. A signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement is required to establish project scope, responsibilities, fees and delivery arrangements. If a signed agreement conflicts with these general terms on a project-specific matter, the signed agreement controls that matter.

2. Services and engagement scope

Services may include cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, network security audits and hardening, cloud security reviews, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace hardening, penetration testing, incident response and recovery support, and managed security monitoring. The systems included, asset counts, accounts, access levels, testing windows, work products and exclusions must be agreed before work begins. A review does not include unlimited remediation or continuous monitoring unless those activities are expressly included in the agreement.

3. Authorization and acceptable use

The client must own the relevant systems or have sufficient authority to permit the agreed work. Written authorization is required for security testing, including approval from hosting, cloud or other third-party providers where applicable. The client must identify prohibited actions and excluded systems and provide accurate escalation contacts. Managers Anonimos may refuse or suspend work where authorization is unclear, access creates unacceptable operational risk, or an activity would be unlawful. Services must not be used to compromise systems without permission, obtain unauthorized access or conceal unlawful activity.

4. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate information, identifying relevant business constraints, maintaining appropriate backups and coordinating approvals for changes. Access should be limited to what is necessary for the engagement. The client must notify Managers Anonimos of material changes to the environment or known risks that could affect the work. Do not send passwords, secret keys, sensitive incident evidence or customer databases through the website enquiry form. An appropriate exchange method should be agreed for sensitive information.

5. Pricing, taxes and payment

Displayed prices are in US dollars: Cybersecurity Risk Assessment $1,500; Vulnerability Assessment $1,250; Network Security Audit & Hardening $1,800; Cloud Security Review $1,650; Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Security Hardening $950; Penetration Testing $4,500; Incident Response & Recovery Support $250 per hour; and Managed Security Monitoring $1,500 per month. These prices relate to the named service and are subject to the scope confirmed in writing. Payment timing, deposits, invoicing, applicable taxes, approved expenses and recurring billing arrangements must be stated in the agreement. No payment is collected by the supplied enquiry form. Additional work requires a separately agreed scope or written change approval.

6. Scheduling, cancellation and refunds

Project dates depend on agreed availability, complete authorization and necessary access. Cancellation notice, rescheduling, treatment of deposits and refund eligibility must be stated in the applicable agreement. Work already performed and approved nonrecoverable expenses may remain payable under that agreement, subject to applicable law. A monthly monitoring service does not renew or charge a payment method through this demonstration website; any recurring arrangement must be established separately and explain its renewal and cancellation terms.

7. Incident support and monitoring

A website enquiry does not initiate incident response, establish an emergency hotline or create a guaranteed response time. Incident support begins only after availability, authorization and scope are confirmed. Monitoring coverage, supported assets, review frequency, operating hours and escalation procedures are defined in the service agreement. No round-the-clock coverage, specific service level or restoration time is promised by the website unless expressly included in a signed agreement.

8. Confidentiality and security information

Project information and security findings should be treated as confidential and disclosed only to authorized recipients with a legitimate need to know, except where disclosure is required by law or permitted in the agreement. Reports may contain information that could facilitate misuse if released publicly. The parties should agree delivery methods, access restrictions and retention arrangements for sensitive work products. Any handling of personal data obtained during an engagement must follow the relevant agreement and applicable law.

9. Reports, materials and use rights

The agreement should identify ownership and use rights for client-specific reports and configuration work. Existing tools, methods, templates and other pre-existing materials remain with their respective owners unless expressly transferred. Third-party software and platforms are governed by their own licenses. Website text, branding and imagery may not be copied or misrepresented as another business’s materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Limits of security work

Cybersecurity services cannot guarantee the absence of every vulnerability or the prevention of every incident. Findings reflect the agreed scope, available information, system conditions and techniques used at the time of the engagement. Environments change, and changes may introduce new risks. The client remains responsible for operating its systems and making business decisions. Any warranties, remedies and liability limits for paid services must be stated in the signed agreement and remain subject to mandatory legal rights.

11. Website use and demonstration form

Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or submit harmful content. The supplied enquiry form performs local browser validation and displays a local confirmation only. It does not transmit an enquiry, send email, open a ticket or create a contract. A confirmation therefore is not acceptance of work. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable; current service arrangements must be confirmed directly.

12. Governing law and questions

These general terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law and without removing rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any project-specific dispute procedure or venue should be set out in the signed agreement. Questions about the website or an engagement can be directed to the contact details below. Revisions will be identified by an updated date and apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change signed project commitments without agreement.
